The partner garage reports the problem and sends Cyprus Autocare its quotation for the additional repairs.
We send your quotation
We review the proposed work, add our service margin and present the full customer price for your approval.
You approve and pay
You can accept or decline. If you accept, you pay Cyprus Autocare. We authorise the garage only after payment is verified.
No additional work is authorised without your approval and payment. Cyprus Autocare settles payments with partner garages separately.

Who do I pay?
You pay Cyprus Autocare directly using the payment instructions we confirm. We pay partner garages separately.
What happens if my car needs extra repairs?
The garage sends us a quotation. We review it and provide you with the complete customer price. You decide whether to proceed.
Can I refuse additional repairs?
Yes. You can decline additional work. It will not be authorised and we will discuss the available next steps.
Is my appointment confirmed immediately?
No. Submitting the form sends a booking request. We confirm the appointment after checking availability.
Which areas do you cover?
We accept requests from Larnaca, Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos and Famagusta District. Service availability is confirmed individually.
